Tammi McKinley and Lori Orme are Certified Professional Midwives and are licensed in Virginia. They serve homebirth families throughout Northern Virginia, including Fredericksburg and Warrenton.
Our practice offers preconception counseling, prenatal and postpartum care, homebirth services and
well woman care. Waterbirth is popular with many of our families.
As CPMs, we are trained in serving VBAC moms and in management strategies for unexpected breech delivery and multiple births. In all cases, Informed Consent is the hallmark of midwifery care.
Your care is provided by both of us as we attend births and prenatal appointments together in almost all cases. We offer weekday appointments at our locations in Arlington and Warrenton. We also have a billing service for those whose insurance will pay for our services, and we can accept payment through Paypal.

When inquiring about our services, we really appreciate having a date of ovulation, if possible. We have found this date to be the most accurate in estimating your birthing timeframe so that we can see whether we are available to serve you and your baby.
